Chelsea will host Liverpool in the Champions League semi-final first leg on April 25, with Manchester United hosting AC Milan the night before.
The last-four fixtures have now been finalized following Wednesday's action.
Sir Alex Ferguson's United side remain on course to repeat the legendary 1999 Treble season and could reach their first Champions League final in eight years.
They will meet Milan, six-times winners and beaten finalists in 2005, at Old Trafford on Tuesday April 24, with the second leg at the San Siro on Wednesday May 2.
Following their famous triumph in Istanbul two years ago, Liverpool could be three games away from lifting a sixth crown in Athens.
But they will first have to stage a repeat of the 2005 semi-final when they engineered a 1-0 aggregate win over Chelsea.
The Reds must travel to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday April 25, before Jose Mourinho's Blues come to Anfield on Tuesday May 1.
