Nine EPL titles, one European cup. Failure or Success?

given that MUFC got 9 EPL titles, but only one european champions cup.
In the past, EPL title will either fall to Gunners or MUFC (no offense to others).
With Chelsea and Liverpool, it will be harder to win the EPL.
The same factors such as league congestion, team structure will still remains..
a) Will MUFC still be able to challenge for the Champions Cup? or face an uphill just trying to win back the title?
b) is SAF the person to lead MUFC on the next lap? Considering this may be the furthest he can bring MUFC..
Some thoughts... -
judging by the no-answer, most believe that it is okie considering SAF has got Nine EPL titles..

I think since the reformat to Premier League, MUFC has been successful, but prior to that, Pool was successful too.
Now, that aside.
the question of SAF's quality, is there now an 'invisible" ceiling on him bringing european glory to MUFC? he has hit his max..
if we get another more technical manager like RB from Europe, perhaps we can be even more successful.
of course, SAF can be the technical director to assist.

i believe achieving the EPL in the 90s in much more tougher...since there was less of showboating and technology in boots was limited...every footballer relied on grunt and determination which fortunately Man Utd had..they had the likes of pure strength in Steve Bruce, Pallister, Parker and Irwin...their contemporaries also incude one of the toughest such as Paul mcGrath, Gary Mabutt, Tony Adams, Ken Monkou, Erland Johnsen...strikers now would shudder if they know they will play against these defenders in this league..

man utd is a failure in ucl and since when is the last time, they reached the final of ucl
