C Ron is very motivated and the 2 can get advices from C Ron in this matter (cept maybe da diving theatrics...) and more advices from other guys in the team. -

New signings excite Queiroz
United's assistant manager Carlos Queiroz says the Reds' double swoop for Nani and Anderson are all part of the club's long term plans.
Queiroz's knowledge of Portuguese football undoubtedly played a part in bringing the pair to Old Trafford, and he is excited by their potential.
"It is a significant investment in Manchester United's prospects for the next 10 years," he told TVI television channel.
"It's worth imagining a forward line with Rooney, Ronaldo, Anderson and Nani, these are players with enormous creativity.
"These signings mean the end of a long observation process. They are players who correspond to the club's intentions. They are young and have plenty of potential and talent."
Queiroz now can't wait to work with Nani, 20, and Anderson, 19, honing their potential.
"It's an attraction being able to develop their abilities," he said. "I have worked with young players many times and their potential is impressive." -
well, one thing good, is that they are young, and willing to listen..
cause SAF can protect players or should I say MUFC fans like beckham and Ronaldo.. I think young players coming in are assured of a protective environment..
And then looking at Giggs, and Scholes, know that SAF will take proper care of them, and shield them so they will maxmise their potentials and a long fruitful career.
With young players, they are eager to learn and show what they can do, and eager for success. With Ronaldo and Rooney, two bright young players, I believe they can attract good young players too..
I just can't contain my excitement next season when these two plus OwenH, with their appetite for glory and success will certainly propel MUFC...
