help: friend can't login

  My friend can't seem to be able to login, so she asked me to type this for her. Apparently it keeps telling her that her password is incorrect, but she's positive that it's the correct password as she has been using the same password the whole time, and also for several other accounts.
  
  Even after she resetted her password, and used the new password given, it still tells her that the password is incorrect.
  Anyone here has experienced similar problems? Or is there anything wrong with the system or something?

  finally can log in liao. wasted 2 hrs of my time trying to figure out what went wrong and i ended up with 2 new clones. zzzz

  anyway, those clones cannot log in. so shouldn't be a problem. just waste username nia.
