no point loosing your cool and acting like a spoilt brat, just remain calm and collected with that cool hard edged calm tone, it makes them more uncomfortable... if you start yelling, they can start yelling. I am certain I do not want to be the one to start that. I'll let them start it and then it will be an even bigger problem for them! I will be sure to take my complaint to BMW Australia and BMW Germany.Originally posted by vince69:if here, people will be banging table at the sales office liao

no lah, the phrase "banging table" is normally used in this case, it means, the Sales Executive is giving a very bad service, and hence need to demand to speak with the Management of the car company cause they will have the authority to set things right (no more use talking to the Sales person who cannot make much decision, like compensations ...etc).Originally posted by breytonhartge:no point loosing your cool and acting like a spoilt brat, just remain calm and collected with that cool hard edged calm tone, it makes them more uncomfortable... if you start yelling, they can start yelling. the problem now is that I am dealing with management and they are still offering really bad service... and they do not understand that they are at fault, not me. I contracted to purchase a vehicle which they cannot supply.Originally posted by vince69:no lah, the phrase "banging table" is normally used in this case, it means, the Sales Executive is giving a very bad service, and hence need to demand to speak with the Management of the car company cause they will have the authority to set things right (no more use talking to the Sales person who cannot make much decision, like compensations ...etc).
but thank God, so far no need to do this...
