  no lah, the phrase "banging table" is normally used in this case, it means, the Sales Executive is giving a very bad service, and hence need to demand to speak with the Management of the car company cause they will have the authority to set things right (no more use talking to the Sales person who cannot make much decision, like compensations ...etc).

  the problem now is that I am dealing with management and they are still offering really bad service... and they do not understand that they are at fault, not me. I contracted to purchase a vehicle which they cannot supply.
