"For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, says the Lord, so whall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that every new moon, and every sabbath, shall all flesh come to bow down to the ground before me, says the Lord."
Even in the new heavens and new earth, the new moon and sabbath will still be in effect, which shows that God is never changing.
