There is art and med faculty. You mentioned that you are switching to med. Is it MBBS? if it is, do you start from the begining? -
TMC is also very exp. They do not have psych courses anymore because Monash has pulled out of TMC. Erm.. since you're still at sec level, it's advisable to do your best in all subjects so that you can go to a JC. But, even if you go into poly, you can still do your best there then aim for a local uni. If not, go for a private one if you can afford. -

Because for me, regardless whether I'm in the arts of medicine faculty, I'm still studying the same thing. It's the difference in the name onli wad.. -

if you study in the med faculty, you have to study MBBS, the typical degree a doctor needs which is hard, very hard. Only 230 people can get into this degree in NUS.
Psycologist in med faculty = doctor, you can give medicines...
art faculty = couseoler or social worker..... -

to be a social worker, you usually need another degree...
