  If you have the power to change tertiary education, what are the things you would like to improve, add on or abolish?

  Side track abit... If I hv the power, I'll make education compulsory till Tertiary Level...
  
  1st yr retain... repeat whole yr
  2nd yr retain... repeat whole yr
  3rd yr retain and no $$ to study... repeat whole yr subsidised + community work
  
  those who has got no discipline to complete till tertiary level will hv to be put on "wanted" list... Once caught... Complete education in Jail till Completion...
  
  Once outta jail, through yellow ribbon project, all records cleared... start anew...
  
  Those that pass wif above average score shall be made at least a honours degree holder...
  
  This is to make sure our future generations each has its own skill sets to survive in face-paced highly globalised country... Education is the only way out

  Standards can maintain...higher failing rates only.... they can't do this now unless do away wif all the JCs
