Question on studying Psychology

Hello, I am very interested in studying psycology in NUS. I am only sec 3 this year but as my parents are thinking whther they should be buying a house here in singapore, I need to know roughly if i am studying in Singapore. I am here to clarify if my standards are up to par.
Firstly, Is a 10 points in O levels good enough to apply for the course. Next, for people who are currently studying for this degree or has already finished it, how many points did you get for your o-levels? -

I know need to go through A levels!! But i havent gone to A level stage yet. So how can i roughly gauge my standards? Thru o level results....
