  1) Hagen Dazs in Esplanade - Nice ambience for ice-cream and fondue... can shop around and view Singapore river after that too...

  For me i would said beach(please don't think dirty )
  
  Simply siting down near the beach listen to the wave with the one you loves is simple enjoyable.
  
  Taking a stroll hand in hand beside the beach, chatting laughting hugging your love one through out the night.

  There is a beach there which i think is a romantic place but not every body knows. Its near sembawang park. Kinda of dark but gd place to see moonlight

  all the couples seem to have mo qi u know.. i counted.. total 11 couples..
  
  sitting neatly in a row... of course there were gaps in between.. and all lovey dovey..
