Mourinho attacks Barca 'diving'

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho hailed their "magnificent" Champions League draw against Barcelona - then launched an attack on the Catalan side's approach.
He said after Didier Drogba's late equaliser in the 2-2 draw: "I'm very proud. It was a very powerful display."
But he added: "I think it is not easy for a referee to be a referee when the players are diving minute after minute.
"I think Frank Rijkaard is a lucky manager because his Barcelona stars are protected match after match."
"It's not easy for the referee to be always under pressure from the players, turning round and rolling on the pitch.
I thought it was his players doing just that... Essien and Lampard dived again trying to get a penalty when they were down... A cole and Drogba fall to the ground too easily. Drogba was lucky that the referee didn't see he kick a Barce player when he was trying to get up... But everyone can see from the tv reply.
It would be interesting if Barce goes thru and gets drawn against each other again in a knock out round...
To be honest, both teams were rather disgraceful. The Dirty vs the Dirtier... What a dirty match...

I can't recall when i watch a more dirtier match... Maybe the Holland vs Portugal match during the WC would come close... -
Just to add: Marquez is a dick lah. Step on essien's kukujiao.
I still remember how he touched a ball during the WC which led to a penalty awarded to Portugal. He is a dirty player and I believe he was bribed for that match. -
nah Lampard did not dive.....the barcelona player xavi i think was guilty of putting his hand on Lampard and there was no reason Lampard needed to dive as he was one header away from goal and the expert in the studio say xavi did pull him back and it was a penatly but however some decision went to barcelona way more And Motta should have been sent off for 2nd yellow for elbowing drogba and follow by marquez then CarvalhoOriginally posted by zocoss:A cole at the beginning, same place as Drogba, left corner area... anyway it is a good result for us and we are secure a place and a win against levi will ensure we get top spot
And any teams that draw barcelona in the quater-finals i only can say good luck to them but it aren't better if u draw chelsea as chelsea beaten barcelona this season for now -
id say barcelona can draw any 1st place leaders like liverpool, psv, or even man utd
or even valencia etc etc -
yea i felt the lampard penalty appeal was legitimate. but both team were diving and kicking each other around.

Crazy match... billed as a great match-up but end up like a soccer crazy show... i know i watch the pool match better.
The referee also another crazy fellow, yellow card also don't know give who never say properly... This referee sure kena blacklist liao... -
