Arsenal will be without full-back Emmanuel Eboue (ankle) for Saturday's Barclays Premiership clash with Blackburn Rovers.
Justin Hoyte is his probable replacement, as fit-again veteran Lauren will not be rushed back.
Midfielder Mathieu Flamini (shoulder) is doubtful, but Tomas Rosicky should be back in the squad.
William Gallas (thigh), captain Thierry Henry (sciatic nerve) and midfielder Freddie Ljungberg (hamstring) are all still out.
Thierry HENRY and Robin VAN PERSIE are Arsenal's joint top scorers with seven goals each. HENRY leads the way for the club in the Premiership with six goals.
VAN PERSIE has scored four goals in his last three League and Cup appearances against Blackburn.
BlackburnÂ’s top scorer Benni McCarthy will miss the trip to the Emirates Stadium through suspension.
Stephane Henchoz is available again after a ban while fellow defender Zurab Khizanishvili could shake off a groin injury and return to the squad.
