Gabriel Heinze insists he is content with his lot at Manchester United.
The Argentine made a huge impression in his first season at Old Trafford, with his buccaneering runs down the left flank winning the hearts of United's faithful.
A serious knee injury halted his progress last season and since his return to fitness, his path to the first team has been blocked by the impressive Patrice Evra.
Heinze was linked with a move away from United during the January transfer window, but Sir Alex Ferguson refused to consider a sale and the Argentine is happy to have the faith of his manager.
"I don't really take any interest in what is being said," Heinze told MUTV.
"The only two people who matter are myself and the manager.
"If there is no desire on either of our parts for me to leave, that is great."

I wonder why SAF keeps choosing Evra over Heinze. I feel that among the three (Heinze, Evra & Silvestre) Heinze is the best.
It'll be sad to him go..

nah...i think evra is the best. but heinze should take up a more central role cos he is not as fast as he is used to
