Neill injury adds to West Ham woe
West Ham defender Lucas Neill faces several weeks on the sidelines after damaging knee ligaments in Saturday's defeat to relegation rivals Watford.
Manager Alan Curbishley revealed that the 28-year-old Australian had twisted his medial ligaments.
The ex-Blackburn defender also limped off on his Hammers' debut in the FA Cup defeat to the same side two weeks ago.
The news of his injury compounds West Ham's current misery after their third Premiership defeat in a row.
