  wanted to play a ful 4-4-2. without any DM. but it backfired when ashley cole let aaron lennon run behind him to square for the own goal which i think cech had it covered.
  
  the 3rd goal was 3 defenders standing there not knowing who to clear, in the end ghaly just ran through while the 3 defenders still playing black and white to see who's the odd one out..

  quite frankly speaking, the open game is more beneficial for spurs as they have more pace on the counter.
  
  chelsea are good when they can limit their opponents spaces by playing tight.
