Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti admits he is relieved to have avoided Manchester United in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
The Serie A side will face Bayern Munich in the next round with the possibility of facing The Red Devils, who were drawn against Roma, in the semi-finals.
Milan will host Bayern in the first leg of the quarter-final on 3rd or 4th April before the return leg a week later at the Allianz Arena.
"Bayern Munich have a great tradition and a lot of value," Ancelotti said.
"We know them well, having faced them in the past.
"I would have been more disappointed to have met Roma or Manchester United at this point of the tournament.
"Manchester United is the team that plays the best football in Europe right now."
