AC MILAN have moved a step closer to signing Ronaldinho. The Italian side have put aside a staggering £67MILLION to buy the Barcelona ace this summer.Milan president Silvio Berlusconi is desperate to lure the Brazilian to the Champions League semi-finalists. Berlusconi said: "I have put aside US$135million for Ronaldinho." Barca have so far rejected suggestions that Ronaldinho may leave and insist he will see out the remaining three years of his contract.
But Ronaldinho's brother and agent Roberto Assis recently admitted that Milan would be the playmaker's first choice if he left the Nou Camp. It is understood that Milan have reserved £40m to sign Ronaldinho, with a further £27m for the player's huge contract. His current deal with Barcelona is worth over £5m a season.
