Is it in the Gunners' best interests to fend off the kind of takeover that has happened at Manchester United and Liverpool or do they need that kind of financial muscle to stay in Europe's elite?

For a neutral pt of view.. arsenal being take over might be good. TT fella seems to be a good owner. Plus as the backing of hardcore-ARSE former vice-chairman. Should be alright.
I guess the current owners now dun wanna let go is bcoz thye dun wanna lose the control of the club n possibily future earnings from the club and its new bigger stadium. -

Yes, but 49% stake with
no full control. Ya, I noe is impossible but look at Chelsea now. If they can make it with those youngster they have, I think it will be more meaningful. In sport, if the players only have $$ in mind I think it's meaningless.
