Aaron Lennon is convinced Dimitar Berbatov will be seen in Tottenham colours next season.
The Bulgarian forward has proved a big hit in North London, with his efforts in Spurs colours leading to speculation he could be prised away from White Hart Lane.
Talk has suggested Chelsea and Manchester United have been monitoring his progress, but Lennon cannot envisage the forward moving on in the summer.
"Berba has been a great player for us and it would be a massive loss to the club if we lost him in the summer, but I think Berba will be staying," Lennon told the website.
"He seems very happy to me. He loves it down here, loves London and I don't think there will be a chance of Berba leaving."
Spurs have struggled in the Premiership this term and Lennon admits it would be a failure if Martin Jol's men do not secure a place in next season's Uefa Cup.
The England winger added: "We have done well in the cups this season, we have done well in the Carling Cup, FA Cup and Uefa Cup, but it would be a slight step back if we do not reach Europe again."
