Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is targeting a new contract at Fratton Park.
The 60-year-old has enjoyed a successful season with Pompey this term and they are battling it out for a place in Europe.
Redknapp still has two years to run on his current contract, but he is open to extending it even further.
"I am happy here," Redknapp told the website. "We are having our best season for 50 years and I have never been more comfortable.
"I have not exactly jumped from club to club in my 25 years as a manager.
"You never know in football because the future is not in a manager's hands but I am enjoying it."
