Hernan Crespo is still waiting on Chelsea to find out where his future lies.
Chelsea allowed Crespo to join Inter for free last season but with the condition that he could be recalled to Stamford Bridge this summer.
Now it is seemingly up to The Blues what happens to the Argentine - and Jose Mourinho has stated that he wants Crespo back.
The player himself insists he wants to stay in Italy - but is in the dark.
"The future? There is not so much to say, but just a lot to wait about," he told the Italian media.
"The date of May 31st was defined at the beginning of the season and it's the same situation as there was before, the only different thing is that there is less time to wait.
"I 'd like to stay at Inter, I've said that many times. I must wait."
Inter coach Roberto Mancini also added his desire to keep Crespo.
"He's a got good flair for a goal," said Mancini after seeing Crespo bag the only goal of the game against Messina.
"Is it important to have him next season? Sure. He's important, because he's a great scorer.
"In the last months he had a few fitness problems, but he has scored fundamental goals."

I think he wants to, but Mourinho wants another good striker back at Stamford Bridge.
