The problem is, how many of them are actually productive enough? Besides, Sheringham looks quite set to leave the club.
Is Bellamy actually any good? Last I heard was that he's a troublemaker too.

West Ham is planning too fast anyway. Tevez has not even said anything yet... they should at least wait for Tevez to state whether he wants to stay or leave. If my boss is seeking a replacement for me even before I confirm I'm leaving, I'd take it that they are going to dump me and that's going to demoralise me more or less, whether I'm staying or not. West Ham's too-fast-actions might have the same effect on Tevez too.
