Man U and Spurs chase Nani

Manchester United and Tottenham target Nani is keen on a move to the Premiership.
The Sporting Lisbon winger, dubbed the next Cristiano Ronaldo and aiming to follow in his countryman's footsteps, claims he has made his future intentions clear to his club.
Reports suggest Martin Jol and Sir Alex Ferguson are vying for Nani's signature and the 20-year-old would like to be given permission to speak with a suitor should the right offer come along.
"Sporting know my opinion about this subject. If an offer arrives which offers a good opportunity then I want to talk about it," Nani told the Daily Mirror.
"Going to England is one of my options because the Premier League is one of the best leagues in the world and it will be a big challenge. But I have not spoken or made up my mind about any one club.
"I am prepared to go to England because I believe I would progress there." -
Am i right to say spurs is another "chelsea" ? Buy so many sai ... More active than chelsea in the transfer market last season and this season...

Although Spurs is very active during the transfer window, Jol has made lots of good buys, for example, Berbatov and Chimbonda, unlike Chelsea who wasted big bucks and buy flops like Shevchenko and Ballack, even though they know that by signing them would affect the team's performance
