Bolton and Reading will take part in the Peace Cup in South Korea this summer.
The competition, which runs from 12th to 21st July, features eight teams separated into two groups of four.
The winners of each group will then play one another in the final, with the overall winner collecting £1million.
Bolton and Reading have been kept apart in the draw, but the Premiership sides will both have to fend off top quality opposition if they are to meet in the final.
Bolton have to play Italian side Udinese, who will be looking to make up for missing out on Uefa Cup qualification this season, while Reading have to play French champions Lyon and Argentinian side River Plate.
