AC Milan set to make move for Eto'o
AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admitted on Tuesday that Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o is top of their shopping list this summer.
"We will wait until the end of the Spanish championship before asking Real and Barcelona if they are willing to sell certain players," Galliani told Milan Channel, the club's in-house television station.
"We will ask Barcelona about Eto'o, but we don't know if he is for sale."
In addition to the dynamic Cameroon international, the recently-crowned Champions League winners are also believed to be chasing Real Madrid's Brazilian midfielder Emerson, who spent several seasons in Serie A with Roma and Juventus.
Eto'o, 26, is one of the deadliest strikers in the world and was named African Footballer of the Year in 2003, 2004, and 2005.
Feared by defenders because of his quick pace and clinical finishing, Eto'o joined Barcelona from Real Mallorca in 2004 and helped them win the Champions League last year.
