  is chelsea buying to many players again?. is like, ben, alex..and so on. all from cheap sale or free tansfer. wa, wait if they win the league next season they will say, they the best with low transfer, blablabla.

  i think they've spent enough for the past 2 seasons and now have a very strong squad.
  
  the signings recently are just back up players. not really affecting the first team squad.

  i think its pretty stupid for those free transfer players to go chelsea, cos they wont play much games too..the lure of winning titles n european football is rubbish if u can even get a game!!

  Mourinho is probably trying to prove to other teams that they do not have to be a free-spending club to win the league title.
  
  Spend too much? People will say their buying the league.
  
  He's already spent a LARGE amount of money the past 2 seasons to build the squad. So now i guess these free transfers are just backups to his squad.

  They are changing their transfer tactics, previously, they offered large sums, now, they are aiming those who's contracts are going to be over, smart though

  And what's wrong with getting more players? Chelsea's lack of proper backup in defenders cost them this season. Nothing strange, English clubs need more players to last over the season.
