u nid not be so rude to resort to name calling. and i was just stating my opinion, there's no nid to be so critical over it
In my opinion i feel speed and decisiveness is the main essence if u really want to get a player or the player may be snapped up by others.anyway everybody have their own different opinionOriginally posted by Takumi2eLimit:critical, if your looking for the critical one, you need only look into the mirror.
leave the yankees alone.![]()
let's get this straight.. who was the fella who started the name calling eh? look at how u conduct urself b4 criticising others...Originally posted by Takumi2eLimit:critical, if your looking for the critical one, you need only look into the mirror.

yes exactly. leave the yankees alone, don criticise them and i will keep my conduct in check.Originally posted by charleslee:let's get this straight.. who was the fella who started the name calling eh? look at how u conduct urself b4 criticising others...
probably u r right.. but we r just hoping that the transfer moves will involve some top players like at the wings and the strikers.. i got this feeling that some other clubs do not take LFC seriously.. they sort of put us behind man u , chelsea ,AC and Real madridOriginally posted by club18:u seem to have a very poor opinion of the owners..
there are a few things to take into consideration b4 saying things like the owner not spending or wat..
benitez was given a rather large budget though still veri much smaller than man u.
he has to use it wisely and buy several players..
if he were to spend so much on 1 player, there would be very little left for other players like benayoun.
we have to see if the player is really worth the price.
look at darren bent. do u seriously think he's worth 19m.
we cannot just push the blame to the owners just becos they refuse to spend on a not so good player.
cannot like chelsea 1st season under roman anyhow spend.
even lousy players also buy for much $$.
ok... but if we miss out on players like torres , Malouda, Mancini.. due to a stalemate in transfer budget.. dun blame me if i start firing my cannons at the yankeesOriginally posted by Takumi2eLimit:yes exactly. leave the yankees alone, don criticise them and i will keep my conduct in check.![]()

UNITED EYE TORRES
MANCHESTER UNITED are ready to launch a renewed bid for Liverpool target Fernando Torres, knowing the Anfield club are struggling to raise the cash for the Atletico Madrid striker.
United's move to land £10millionrated Italian international Fabio Quagliarella looks doomed after Udinese outbid Sampdoria in a tender to secure the striker's services next season.
So Sir Alex Ferguson has turned his attentions back to long-term target Torres, who now looks likely to leave the club he has supported all his life after Atletico failed to qualify for Europe.
Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez's failed attempt to secure Torres with a bid which included Luis Garcia as a makeweight has alerted United to Atletico's willingness to do business.
But the Spanish club are looking to bank the £27m they inserted as a get-out clause when Torres signed a new contract last summer.
That is beyond Benitez's pricerange, even though he has been told Torres would prefer to join Anfield's Spanish contingent rather than move to Old Trafford. United are willing to wait until Atletico's need for cash becomes chronic.
They can raise cash by selling Alan Smith and Giuseppe Rossi, while Louis Saha will also be made available before the end of August if he recovers full fitness after a knee operation.
Ferguson will sell Smith to any club willing to pay £3.5m, while Inter Milan have joined Juventus and Parma in the race to land Rossi.
