  Best ? Kns. They are best at cheating games. Best example : Champions league finals. I have never see a more dubious referee than the Liverpool vs Milan final. It's like the referee being their 12th men.

  I think the Italian teams were punished but Milan escaped by still playing in the UCL.
  
  However, for Milan to reach the final this season and to win it, I don't think they cheated.
  
  Well, the topic is they are the best in Europe for past 5 years, and I think consistently, they have proved that.
  
  Same as I would say that Liverpool is the best English Team in Europe for the past 5 years given that they reached two finals and won one.
  
  And Chelsea was the most consistent English Team in EPL for past 5 years, for they won 2 titles and one 2nd place.

  pass 5 yrs...chelsea 4th position, two 2nd position, and 2 champion... as for milan..i doubt is the players who cheat...does the players know wat happening behind??
