Spurs striker Mido is poised to complete a move to Fulham within the next few days after becoming disillusioned with life at White Hart Lane.
The 24-year-old has fallen behind Dimitar Berbatov, Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe in the pecking order of Tottenham frontmen.
The Sun reports that the Egypt international has met with compatriot Mohamed Al Fayed and looks set to become new boss Lawrie Sanchez's first signing at Craven Cottage.
Mido found the target a paltry five times last season, with only one of those in the Premier League against West Ham back in August.
However, the stocky striker would certainly fit the system of play that Sanchez is looking to adopt for the upcoming campaign and could cost in the region of £3.5million.
