Valencia winger David Silva has ended speculation linking him with a move to Chelsea or Tottenham after signing a new deal at the Mestella.
Silva has signed a two-year extension to keep him with Quique Sanchez Flores' side until 2014.
Spanish daily AS also reports that the buy-out clause in his contract has been increased from 60 million Euros to 90 million Euros, a little more than £60 million.
The Spanish winger joined Valencia in 2004 but failed to establish himself in the side until last season.
However, he proved to be one of the key members of the side that finished fourth in the Primera Liga, behind Sevilla, Barcelona and champions Real Madrid.
Valencia have also tied midfielder Ruben Baraja down to a new contract, with the former Atletico Madrid man also extending his current deal by two years, to 2010.
