  England Under-21 star Kieran Richardson has admitted he may leave Manchester United in order to gain regular first team football.
  
  The winger, who was occasionally used as a left-back by United last season, has been linked with a move to Premiership new boys Sunderland, who are managed by Richardson's former team-mate Roy Keane.
  
  "If you're getting older and not playing on a regular basis, you do have to think about moving on," Richardson told the News of The World.
  
  "I've already said I want to carry on being a United player.
  
  "I don't know about going out on loan because I've done that already."
