Inter Back For Deco, Barça Looking To Lampard

FC Barcelona are set to hold talks with Internazionale about Deco and Thiago Motta in a move that could open the way for a renewed bid to take Frank Lampard to Camp Nou.
After capturing Touré Yaya from Monaco, Motta is now surplus to requirements at Barça and Deco's future is seriously in doubt after his performances last term, according to Catalan radio.
The Portuguese playmaker maybe seen as a pivtoal player in the midfield, but his failure to heed a mid-season warning over his attitude has meant that the Blaugrana are considering his future.
Inter have made their interest in the former Porto star known as Barça's vice-president, Ferrán Soriano, is due to fly to Milan in the next few days to discuss both Deco and Motta.
If negotiations do take place, then Chelsea could well come into the frame as José Mourinho has also been continually linked with a move for Deco.
While the Blues boss is intent on keeping Lampard at Stamford Bridge, he could well see a swap deal as being to his advantage as there would be no disruption to his plans.
The England midfielder is no stranger to talk of a move to FC Barcelona, but the Catalan giants have never made a concrete offer for his services.
While his wife Elén would welcome a return to her home city, where the couple own a house, Lampard has refused to speculate as any talk could jeopardise his relationship with Chelsea.
If Inter press ahead with a move for Deco, then Barça could move for Lampard anyway as he is in a position to force a transfer by buying out his contract with the Blues.
While the radio report believes that a replacement would have to be found for Deco, Henry's arrival could well see Ronaldinho move back into midfield to play alongside Xavi. -
I dont think Barca should go for Lamps as Lamps is definitely not a playmaker like Deco.
Barca is all about free-flow attacks, left, right and centre, they penetrate defence with ease with pace and accurate passings, whereas Lamps' game is about ramming the ball. It will disrupt Barca's attacks.
I think Barca should go for Xabi Alonso or Cesc Fabragas instead.
