DaMarcus Beasley has flown into Glasgow for talks with Rangers.
Rangers have been chasing the American international for some time with the player claiming an interest in moving to Ibrox.
However, Rangers have been forced to wait to talk to the winger until after his involvement in the Gold Cup.
The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at Manchester City, but he failed to win a permanent move to Eastlands.
PSV Eindhoven are willing to let Beasley move on and Rangers are believed to have agreed a fee in the region of £750,000 with the Dutch side for the player.
Beasley is expected to hold talks with Walter Smith before undergoing a medical at Murray Park.

Beasley is inconsistent. If only he works on that, maybe he could have win himself a contract with City.
Cheers. CK
