  Turkish giants Besiktas have completed the signing of Paris Saint Germain midfielder Edouard Cisse.
  
  The French capital club have received €2m for the player who they have owned since 1997.
  
  He spent time on loan at Rennes in the 1998/99 season and West Ham in the 2002/03 campaign, before moving to Monaco in a similar deal.
  
  Besiktas, who will play in the Champions League second qualifying round, have also signed Rüstü Reçber, Rodrigo Tello, Hakan Arikan and Mehmet Yozgatli this summer.
  
  Cisse is a player who Besiktas will hope can add solidity to the midfield ahead of the new campaign.
