Fulham have agreed a deal with West Bromwich Albion for striker Diomansy Kamara.
The Senegalese striker has been targeted by a number of clubs this summer, but Fulham are now in pole-position to seal his signature.
The two clubs have now agreed terms on a deal worth £6.5million.
It is reported that a Fulham player will move in the opposite direction as part of the deal.
Kamara is now in London discussing personal terms and undergoing a medical with The Cottagers.
Kamara could be the first of a number of departures from the Hawthorns this weekend, as Sunderland are believed to be closing in on Paul McShane and Paul Robinson.
The Black Cats are close to sealing a £5million double deal for the pair, who are both keen on moves to the Premiership.
