Sevilla are reportedly closing in on the signature of Chelsea defender Khalid Boulahrouz, since Bayern Munich calmed their interest in the Dutchman.
The 25-year-old looks set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer after failing to impress in his first season, since his £6.75 million move from Hamburg, and the Uefa Cup winners are reported to be one of his more interested suitors.
Boulahrouz made only nine Premiership starts for The Blues last season, and is now set to be shown the door.
Jose Mourinho's side would reportedly make a loss on the left-back, as the figure suggested in reports is substantially less than the near £7 million sum paid by Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Sevilla have confirmed that a quartet of contract negotiations have resulted in success.
Julien Escude and Renato have both committed to the club until 2011, whilst club captain Javi Navarro has put pen-to-paper on a one-year deal.
Antonio Puerta makes up the quartet, having signed on until 2012.
