WIGAN manager Chris Hutchings has rejected another offer from Sunderland for full- back Leighton Baines.
The 22-year-old left-back is one of a number of players to have been linked with the Wearsiders as they prepare for their return to the Barclays Premier League.
But Hutchings, who has clinched the signing of Jason Koumas, wants to keep the former trainee in order to improve on the club's narrow scrape with relegation last season.
Hutchings, preparing for his first season in charge after succeeding Paul Jewell, said: "I have told Roy Keane that Leighton is not for sale. He is part of this club.
"Everyone does have a price but I am happy to keep him as I am building a team."
