Wenger: I'm going to sign

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger last night gave the clearest indication yet that he is ready to sign a new deal to stay at the Emirates Stadium.
As the News of the World exclusively revealed last week, Wenger has been offered a new £14million four-year deal, with a get-out clause at the end of each season. And yesterday, he said: "I've shown my commitment in the past.
"I will come out in the right right moment, maybe when you don't ask me the question. You will see soon if I sign a new contract."
Wenger, 57, has just one year left on his current deal and speculation linking him with Real Madrid and Barcelona has been rife all summer.
But he seems determined to build a new team at Arsenal in the wake of Thierry Henry's departure to the Nou Camp.
Wenger still does not know if he will start the season with midfielder Freddie Ljungberg on the books.
He said: "At the moment Freddie stays at the club. I expect him to be here at the start of the season because he has not left yet and I'm 90 per cent sure he will be.
"In Freddie's case it's a bit special like it was for Thierry. If he had wanted to go we'd have let him. But I'm happy for him to stay." -

other clubs can still get him just by triggering the clause.
this is called half hearted commitment -
yeah, he's probably waiting for a good club to come by. Not madrid, because of the way they treat their managers but maybe a club like Barca or Milan, i think he will like it.Originally posted by used:

spurs is based in london with lots of other clubs around, so their support is generally lesser. -
I'm afraid this signals an end of an era for Arsenal.
