Chelsea skipper John Terry believe that the Blues are ready to finally take charge of Europe.
"The Champions League is the unfulfilled dream for me," he told the News of the World. "When I look at my trophies, the Champions League is the one that is missing.
"I've won pretty much everything apart from that and I've also been lucky enough to realise every ambition I've ever had.
"Football's a short career and I don't want to look back in 10 years and say I didn't give it everything to win everything I possibly could."
Despite Chelsea's spending, Arsenal and Liverpool have been the ones to represent England in the Champions League final over the last three seasons, but Terry believes that a squad stronger than ever before will do the trick.
"We've got a big enough squad to cope with the group stages, and then it comes down to the big games later in the competition," he argued.
"We've come so close in the last few years - three times in the semi-finals. Now we've got to go that bit further and win it."
