Tottenham hope to finally seal the services of Germany Under-21 international Kevin-Prince Boateng this week. They have agreed a £4.7million deal with Bundesliga club Hertha Berlin for the attacking midfielder but the move has been held up as they attempt to agree personal terms with the player's agent.
Boateng, who is 20-years-old, is ready to sign a five year deal according to The Daily Mirror, despite interest from La Liga clubs including UEFA Cup winners Seville.
If the deal does go through it will take Tottenham's summer spending close to £40m.
