Everton Confirm Baines Signing

  Everton have confirmed that they've concluded the signing of left-back Leighton Baines from Wigan Athletic.
  
  
  
  The 22-year-old has signed on a five-year contract for an undisclosed fee, although it is believed to be in the region of £5.5m.
  
  The England U-21 star has been a massive success in the Premiership for Wigan and was targted earlier this summer by Sunderland.
  
  However, Baines rejected the move to the Black Cats, but a move to his boyhood club Everton was too good to turn down and he becomes David Moyes' third main summer signing.

  You mean Red as in Liverpool? Why not? Nicky Barmby did that, playing for both Everton and Liverpool.
