Robben: 'Happy' with Real interestARJEN ROBBEN has finally broken his silence over his move to Real Madrid. New Real boss Bernd Schuster has tracked the Chelsea winger all summer. But Robben, 23, has kept quiet on the Spanish giants' efforts to sign him until now. And the Dutch ace has revealed he is flattered by Real's pursuit.Robben said: “Of course Madrid’s interest makes me happy. "But for now I can not say much more because Chelsea will not let me tell you more until there is an agreement between the two clubs. "It’s better that they talk about it and solve this.”
Robben is reported to be subject of a bid in excess of £20million but he insists he is leaving negotiations to his father Hans, who also acts as his agent. He added: "I do not when a deal will be reached. It’s in the hands of the two clubs. My father is in charge of it all."
Robben has also told Real fans to be patient as talks continue to drag on. He said: “I know some people are waiting for me. "I would like to send a message to the Madrid fans but I can’t until my future is sorted. "If it gets sorted, I’ll be glad to send the people a message.”
