sunderland have more discipline under keane.
as usual spurs attack hardly improve from last season. -
why keep changing the strikers?
its not like they have lots of chances but couldnt score.
there just arent enough chances created.
what are the spurs midfielders doing? -

frankly martin jol cmi. he has spent 108 million since taking over.
but spurs hardly improved. they have yet to win anything under him. -
Jol's tuck to Berba + Keane probably because they are more experienced, having played together for a while whereas Bent is new and may not have had the benefit of time to gell with other players yet........

If this ends in a draw, i think Sunderland will see it as a point gain while Tottenham hoping for a top 4 finish will probably see it as a 2 points lost... 8 mins more...

First match of the season probably has lots of nerves on the Spurs players + pressure of expectation on them...... Draw will be bad - 2 points lost on a team they shud beat but Spurs have had injury problems and probably the team reshuffle could have caused them some potency......

There's no doubt Spurs have lots of players with ability but yet the team cannot deliver....... could be a problem with the players not having the winning mentality!
