Following recent tragic deaths to Antonio Puerta and Chaswe Nsofwa from heart failure whilst playing football, FC Barcelona have invested in defibrilators for their training ground in a preventative measure to combat heart failure...
FC Barcelona have installed defibrilators at the Mini Estadi in order to prepare for the possibility of cardiac arrest.

Antonio Puerta tragically died after heart failure during his Sevilla side's clash with Getafe, while Zambian forward Chaswe Nsofwa collapsed during training with Israeli side Maccabi Beer Sheva.
Now, Barca are preparing for the worst after such incidents. The club has owned such equipment for years, but has now had it installed at their training facilities as a matter of urgency.
