Is Emile Heskey 'England's Drogba'?
It looks like a few peopleÂ’s worst fears will be realised when Michael Owen lines up alongside Emile Heskey for EnglandÂ’s Euro qualifier against Israel this weekend.
But the big man whoÂ’s been brought back to compliment diddy Michael Owen has received at least one vote of confidence from his teammate, Chris Kirkland.
"Some of the critical stuff that has been written about Hesk has been unbelievable," Kirkland told the Daily Mirror.
"He's England's Didier Drogba.”
And, apparently that doesnÂ’t mean he goes down too easily for a someone the size of a small country or that his shot vocabulary is limited to hitting it hard or extra hard.
Instead, Kirkland believes he’s the perfect combination of power and grace – imagine a wrestler wearing a tu-tu!
So, should Israel beware of EnglandÂ’s Drog, or is KirklandÂ’s bark better than HeskeyÂ’s bite? -
