Spurs ready to snap up top scorer at World Cup

Tottenham are set to sign Ghana star Ransford Osei who top scored at the Under-17 World Cup.

Spurs chief Damien Comolli has asked Keesben striker Osei to come to White Hart Lane following the 16-year-old's stunning displays in Korea.
