CHELSEA star Didier Drogba is to take to the stage and sing at the Royal Albert Hall.
The Blues striker has bravely agreed to perform at a special concert in front of thousands.
He is helping to raise money and awareness of the horrendous effect HIV/AIDS is having in Africa.
His appearance has been a closely guarded secret but he is already thinking about what he will perform at the concert — Football Reaching Out For Africa — on September 23.
A source at the venue said: “Didier Drogba has definitely agreed to sing. It shows real guts that he’s prepared to do it.”
She runs a charity called Support For Africa which aims to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS.
Also on the bill are classic Seventies act BONEY M, who will sing their hits Brown Girl In The Ring and Daddy Cool.
