Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho insists his side were denied victory over Blackburn due to the mistakes of officials.
Chelsea were held 0-0 by Rovers at Stamford Bridge, but the Blues believed they had scored a winner when Salomon Kalou slotted home in the second half.
However, referee's assistant Peter Kirkup denied Chelsea the points by raising a controversial offside flag.
Mourinho feels television replays clearly show Kalou was on side when he received Juliano Belletti's pass and is adamant the officials robbed his team.
"We scored a great goal," said Mourinho. "Only the linesman can tell us why he disallowed the goal.
Respect
"It was so obvious but I cannot understand it. If the linesman wants to explain, then maybe it would be a good thing.
"I told the linesman I would be waiting for his phone call to apologise.
"The game is over and we lost two points. I have only good things to say about my players. A team without big ammunition, without the two target strikers, Didier Drogba and Claudio Pizarro.
"A team without a top scorer like Frank Lampard and without that kind of ammunition the team still played well against a team that fought a lot to keep a clean sheet and go home with a point.
"Blackburn are a team I respect because they fought a lot. But Chelsea were the best team, my players were brave and we scored a great goal."

Noticed in TNP today how it was mentioned that Mourinho 'had a short memory', and recalled the penalty incident involving Liverpool. But what do you expect? He is Chelsea's manager and he must have Chelsea's interests at heart.
You cannot expect him not to voice out and be unhappy when something like this goes against his team. He has to show support for his team that they deserved that goal.
Mourinho was right in voicing out.

it is high time they do something about it.
linesmen should be encouraged to give the benefit of the doubt to the attacking team.
