Juventus star Alessandro Del Piero has jokingly suggested that he wants the goalposts used in the 1-0 defeat to Udinese to be re-measured.
The striker astonishingly hit the woodwork three times during SundayÂ’s game, as La Vecchia Signora were undone by a second-half goal by in-form hitman Antonio Di Natale.
“I am going to check the measurements of the goal-posts to make sure they are correct,” joked Del Piero.
Juventus started the game strongly at the Stadio Olimpico but seemed to lose their way after influential midfielder Mauro Camoranesi limped off with a muscle injury.
