  Sam Allardyce is planning a £6million raid for Paraguayan hitman Oscar Cardozo.
  
  The Benfica ace, 24, has been watched twice by Newcastle scouts this month and now boss Allardyce is poised to make a bid.
  
  Cardozo’s agent Pedro Aldave said: “This is not a surprise. Benfica know they have a big player on their hands and could make money.”
